Chapter Six

“Maybe I’ll let you.”

Leon froze at Rashik’s amused voice. “Can you read minds?”

“No, but I can smell your need. You’re human, but there’s an animal in you, yearning to break free the way my dragon does.”

“I can’t.” Leon pulled away or tried to. Rashik put an arm around his shoulders, his grip like steel. The dragon king was right. Leon didn’t want to be anywhere else but here. It was hard to explain, but Rashik’s presence calmed the brewing storm inside him and made all the difference in the world. “I shouldn’t want you this much.”

Rashik stroked his knuckles against his cheek. So hungry for the dragon’s touch, Leon leaned against Rashik’s hand like a needy cat. It felt right somehow. Natural. Leon let out a nervous laugh.

“I thought dragons were cold. You have scales instead of fur after all.”

“Will this change your mind?” Rashik’s words didn’t sound like a question, but a statement.

The dragon king angled his face for a kiss, and Leon was all but helpless to receive it. This was what he’d missed, what he’d been waiting for since their first meeting. Why did he lust for a man he couldn’t have? Leon found the answer to his own question. Rashik’s kiss melted him, made his body a prisoner to the whims of another. Their joined mouths felt like an invitation to touch. Leon ran his hands across Rashik’s torso, and the dragon king didn’t stop him.

Fabric ripped. Leon didn’t care. All that mattered was the fact Rashik had complete access to him. Rashik’s kisses ignited a fire of need inside Leon. Rashik’s touches turned that fire into an inferno.

When Rashik pulled away, Leon was capable of murmuring incoherent sentences. “Need … I need…”

Leon faltered, but Rashik seemed to understand. His bottoms went as easily as his shirt.

“Complete access. Much better,” Rashik rumbled. “Straddle me, little human. I want to see all of you clearly.”

Leon could feel his face heating up, but he didn’t want to disappoint Rashik either. Leon settled across Rashik’s lap, his knees digging on either side of the dragon king’s thighs. In this position, Leon became aware of how exposed he was. Rashik could clearly see his cock, straining for release.

“Go ahead, Leon. Touch.”

Rashik saying his name like that, not “little human”, sent shivers down his spine. He had a feeling Rashik didn’t give that privilege to lovers often. Lovers. Was that the word Leon would use to describe them? He hardly knew what to call them, but did labels really matter?

Leon trailed a finger down Rashik’s left pectoral, curious. The dragon king’s breathing changed when Leon explored a little further, tracing the fine hair leading down to the perfect V of Rashik’s waist to the thick member between Rashik’s legs. Licking his lips, Leon closed his fingers over that hardness. So big. Could Rashik’s dick really fit into his tiny hole? Leon had never had anything so large in him.

He touched silken skin stretched over hard steel. Heat filled his fingers.
